The AI Practitioner credential — formally the Certified AI Productivity Leader (CAIPL) — is for professionals who have moved beyond casual AI use. You use AI consistently, strategically, and responsibly across your role, and you can demonstrate it with real evidence.
Unlike attendance-based certificates, CAIPL is assessed through an applied knowledge test and a work sample submission — three real AI workflows from your actual job. Employers and hiring managers can trust this credential as genuine evidence of applied capability.

Pass mark: 75% knowledge test + Proficient on work sample
Both components must be passed. Work samples are reviewed by an MHCAI assessor within 5 business days of submission.
